If you have requested a sample of AproDerm®, this will arrive within 5 working days and comes with a Patient Information Card, full of handy tips and advice as well as useful information on emollient use including quantities you can regularly expect to be using. To request AproDerm® on prescription simply print the Patient Information Card, complete the form, tear off and take to your G.P, who will be able to prescribe it for you.
